We want our garden furniture to look good , but at the Cotswold Company we also know it needs to be hardwearing and weatherproof with the quality that comes from good craftsmanship . Our new range of garden furniture is made from solid acacia wood , strong powder coated aluminium and durable synthetic rattan weave and will look good year after year with a little TLC .

We ’ ve extended our range this year to offer garden lounge and dining sets to suit every size and shape of space , both outdoors and in the conservatory . Comfortable and versatile , our sofas have colour matched cushions and clever features , like the Frampton set which can be adjusted to make the most of all-day dining . And you can complete your outdoor experience with decorative accessories , fire pits and pizza ovens . Hang a few of our beautifully designed bird feeders nearby to help you tune into the nature that your garden supports .
PROTECT AND IT WILL SERVE
Rattan furniture will be fine if left outdoors all year round but there are a few things you can do to keep it looking beautiful and prolong its lifespan .
Moving chairs and tables carefully , picking it up by the frame rather than the woven panels and not dragging will protect the furniture feet . Of course , do store it somewhere clean and dry if you can , but we don ’ t all have space for this . You can buy outdoor furniture covers that will do the job just as well . Clean a few times a year and before storing with gentle products and a soft cloth . Similarly , acacia wood is very hard-wearing and scratch resistant . We ’ d recommend cleaning it twice a year and applying some wood protector .
Our powder-coated steel framed Barrington range is particularly low maintenance and very robust . While powder coating is weatherproof and longer lasting than paint , it will still benefit from a gentle clean , and a dab of rust-proof paint will take care of any nicks .
