It ’ s time to throw open your doors and windows and inhale the sweet scent of spring . Sweep the last of winter ‘ s cobwebs away and prepare your garden for seasonal celebrations . From small garden dining sets for city patios to larger tables and chairs for country gardens , it ’ s easy to create a space for breakfast , lunch or dinner outside .
No matter the size of your space , think about how furniture will work together and choose pieces with similar proportions . If you have a sturdy table there ’ s no reason not to use your favourite plates and glasses , while linen napkins and candles add a sense of occasion . As with everything , comfort is key , so add plenty of cushions and blankets to stave off chilly evenings . l
